The 21-meter CB100 galvanized Bailey Bridge, designed by our company in 2024, is located in Chash County, Xinjiang. It features a three-lane single-layer reinforced structure, with a key focus on creating a dual-lane layout and an independent pedestrian bridge, effectively separating pedestrian and vehicle traffic, significantly improving safety and efficiency. The bridge's load-bearing standards are customized to meet the local traffic vehicle requirements. The entire bridge is treated with hot-dip galvanizing, effectively resisting the harsh conditions of Chash County, such as frequent sandstorms and large day-night temperature differences, enhancing the structural weather resistance and extending the service life. This bridge provides solid and reliable traffic support for daily transportation and emergency access. The load-bearing design is customized for conditions such as HS-15, HS-20, HS-25, HL-93, and tracked-50 loads.
